I'm the President and Founder Idea Crossing and the Founder of the Innovation Challenge and my mission is to seed innovative ideas around the world through idea competitions.

The 4th Annual Innovation Challenge is the largest academic innovation competition in the world. In partnership with the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business we bring together a community of over 2000 next generation global business leaders in 18 countries to solve real-world business challenge for sponsoring companies. This year's sponsors include Hilton Hotels, DaimlerChrysler, Whirlpool and American Express.

In 2005, 321 teams from 83 universities in 18 countries competed on our online platform called the Challenge Accelerator.

Idea Crossing also powers the Global Citizenship Challenge (www.gcchallenge.org). a statewide innovation competition called Innovate Illinois and is working with other organizations to streamline and launch both private and public innovation competitions.
